Super simple:

1. Tell us exactly what you're looking for—make, model, year, trim, color, options, any must-haves, your general budget/target range, and preferred location/dealers if you have any. Submit via the form on hagglehouseservices.com.
2. Pay our flat $299 service fee upfront to kick things off (processed securely).
3. We go to work immediately—contacting dealers (starting with your preferences but expanding to any better opportunities nationwide if it means a superior deal).
4. We negotiate aggressively for the absolute best total out-the-door price (including taxes, fees, destination, etc.—no surprises).
5. Within 48 hours ideally (and up to 7 days max), we present you with the strongest deal(s) we can secure. You review and decide: accept and buy directly from the dealer, or pass.
6. Our job is done once we deliver solid options—our obligation is only to broker the best possible total out-the-door deal on your behalf.

If the presented deal(s) don't work for you, that's unfortunate, but you're under no obligation to proceed. We are not responsible or liable for your decision to walk away—our role is strictly to broker the best total out-the-door offer we can achieve.

A flat $299 service fee, paid upfront when you initiate the service. We aim to save you at least $299 off the total out-the-door price (and typically much more), so it essentially costs you nothing net—or better yet, puts money back in your pocket.

Payment is due immediately upon submission to start the negotiation process. We will send an email with confirmation of service request and a payment link. We use secure processing (e.g., Stripe—subject to their terms).

The $299 fee is generally non-refundable as it covers our immediate negotiation efforts. However, if we are unable to present any viable deal by the end of the 7th day, a full refund may be issued at the complete discretion of Haggle House. No other refunds are provided.

You complete the purchase directly with the dealer/vendor if you accept a deal we brokered. Haggle House is purely a negotiation facilitator—we do not sell vehicles, guarantee condition/delivery, or assume any responsibility for the transaction itself.
